Our flats are divided into two typologies :


A) Little:  (Mq. 30,00 aprox) with one bedroom, private bathroom and a kitchen (for 1 or 2 persons).  

B) Big:  (Mq. 50,00 aprox) with one bedroom, private bathroom, a living room with  kitchenette and a  double sofa bed (for 3 or 4 persons of the same family).

The Residence VENERE, cosy and family-run Hotel, is made up of 11 mini-flats, all equipped with balconies, central heating, telephone, TV-set, hairdryer, fridge and cooking accessories. Daily cleaning - including the change of linen is directly praided by us. (Except for the  kitchenette) 

The Residence VENERE is equipped with lift, disabled access, little pets are admitted.The main entrance opens directly auto the main street, cars may be parked in a nearby publicparking area, in a completely quiet and safe place, only 50 mt. (metres) from the hotel.
